Lex Kondratyk is Director and National Account Lead for Data Center Community Affairs at Turner Construction Company. She leads community engagement, communications, reputation management and investment initiatives for hyperscale data center developments. Her work spans workforce development, supplier partnerships and impact reporting, guiding more than 12 regional leads. Lex collaborates with owners, government agencies, schools, utilities and trade unions to align project delivery with local priorities and strengthen community benefits across North American data centers.
