Scott Scharli is Director of Strategic Energy Management at Salt River Project, bringing over 15 years of leadership across energy, utilities, and operations. Since joining SRP in 2014, Scott has advanced through key management roles in metering, customer billing, and field services—driving efficiency, reliability, and innovation in service delivery. Previously, Scott served as Vice President of Operations at American Solar, where they led procurement, IT, and logistics to streamline renewable energy operations. A graduate of Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business with a B.S. in Finance, Scott is skilled in energy strategy, contract negotiation, and operational excellence.
